Alison comes from a leisure, spa and beauty background having held a variety of senior management roles for both large public organisations and private businesses spanning the past 30 years. Specialising in the development and operational & strategic management of products and services in the leisure industry, her next logical step forward was to combine these skills with her knowledge and industry know-how to create Your Beauty Secret.

Since the salon’s inception in 2014, Alison has worked very closely with Murad, a cosmeceutical skincare brand (who we absolutely love), and is now Murad Advanced trained, with silver standard product knowledge; just one step away from reaching gold standard. Alison’s expertise and dedication to the brand has earned her the role of Murad Ambassador; testing and reviewing new products to spreading the Murad love are just some of her new responsibilities.
