We operate a chaperone policy for all new male clients. This means that if you’re new to our salon, we require a minimum of two members of staff present whilst you have your treatment.
This isn’t a reflection on you (we don’t know you yet), it’s for the safety, security, and peace of mind of our all-female team; we know you’ll understand.
For most of the time there are more than two members of staff present, however, if this isn’t the case, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment. Please make sure you provide up-to-date contact details when booking.
